Microblading Treatment.
Microblading is a tattoo treatment which mimics the look of real hair to apply a natural enhancement to your eyebrows. Unlike other semi permanent eyebrow techniques, the results of microblading are extremely natural, leaving you with the appearance of full, beautifully defined and shaped brows.
Microblading is a great technique that can help to reconstruct your eyebrows if you have over plucked or any obvious gaps in your brows. The treatment is also safe and effective for those who have lost their brows as a result of chemotherapy or alopecia.
By using a blade rather than a needle, the colour is expertly implanted closer to the surface of the outer layer of the skin, which is closely matched to your own natural eyebrow hair colour. These strokes mimic real hair, applied in the same direction of hair growth, with results so good, you’ll swear they’re real!

The procedure usually takes about 2 hours to complete.
The microbladed brows last approximately 1-2 years. The success of the treatment depends on the following: your skin quality, how well you follow the post treatment care and the exposure to different external factors (all of which shall be thoroughly covered during your consultation). Please note that all of these factors are out of our practitioners control, so any possibility to provide guarantees for the treatment is excluded.
The pain level for the procedure is considered mild to none. Here at Brook Bottom Aesthetics we ensure everything is done to make any discomfort minimal and a topical anaesthetic (numbing cream) will be applied to numb the treatment area to help lessen the pain before any treatment begins.
After the procedure there maybe some redness and slight swelling in the area but this is quite normal.
Deciding to go ahead with Microblading is not a decision that should be made lightly and should be done by a fully trained qualified practitioner. While it can enhance your features, if done incorrectly you can end up with uneven, patchy and generally unpleasant looking brows, which may need to be removed using extremely costly and uncomfortable laser treatments.
Here at Brook Bottom Aesthetics all of our treatments are bespoke to you which means that our practitioners will never give you a result that doesn’t suit you and occasionally we may refuse treatment altogether. Microblading can achieve dramatic results in a very short period of time so it is very important to prepare yourself for the fact that your face may look different. Our consultants will give you a full overview of what to expect from your treatment during your consultation.
